How to use a Chromebook

1. Turn Computer on
2. Wait for login info
3. Log in to wifi
3A. Check wifi logo in bottom right hand corner

STEP 3 USER NAME: STUDENT ID # (LUNCH CODE) PASSWORD: SAME AS COMPUTER LOGIN

This is what your bottom right hand corner will look like when you are completely connected and logged in.

Wifi Troubleshooting: 
*Show patience! Sometimes it takes a minute for the wifi to connect.
*If a box pops up with a dinosaur,
Click on first link and attempt wifi login again (you may have to reload this page)
*If wifi does not work after first few attempts, restart computer.

Start it up!

  1. Turn Computer on.

  2. Wait for login info.

  3. Log in to wifi.

  4. Check wifi logo in bottom right hand corner.

4. Login to Google Chrome

5. lunchcode@sel.k12.oh.us

6. computer login

7. Browse away! 

8. In your toolbar at the bottom, you will find:

 

  • ​App Launcher

  • Chrome internet search

  • Google Docs

  • Google Classroom

  • Microsoft Suite

  • Youtube

  • Gmail
